New garments protect wearer from bear attacks

YAMAGATA, Japan >> In response to bear attacks across Japan, Suzuharu, a knitwear manufacturer in the town of Yamanobe, Yamagata prefecture, has developed protective knitwear that is lightweight and tear-resistant.
