Trump OKs federal assistance for Hawaii as Nolo threatens state

Hawaii will be eligible for up to 75% federal reimbursement to recover from Hurricane Nolo after President Donald Trump today announced that federal disaster assistance will be available for all islands ahead of possible life-threatening floods, mudslides and damaging surf from the powerful storm that is just south of the Big Island.
