Federal assistance approved as Hurricane Nolo nears Hawaii

President Donald Trump approved emergency assistance for Hawaii on Friday in advance of potential impact from Hurricane Nolo, which is slowly moving just south of the Big Island as it continues to recover from Hurricane Lala.
