Letter: Replace parking signs to prevent traffic fatalities

The front of our building on Kewalo Street is a no-parking zone because our driveway and the one next to it are too close to each other. But the “No Parking” signs are old and located in places where drivers cannot see them. On April 9, there was a horrible accident in front of our building and a person was killed. That night there was a car parked in that no-parking zone, and the speeding driver could not see the person who stepped out.
