Letter: New Chick-fil-A another poorly planned project

Like the Target project, the proposed Kailua Chick-fil-A wastes valuable commercial space on yet another big franchise. Responsible planning would have put retail on the ground floor, housing above, parking behind and a landscaped plaza on the corner. And even a Chik-fil-A on the ground floor.
