Letter: Kauhale are doing their job, and so is state audit

Methinks the governor doth protest too much (“Kauhale work, making valuable inroads,” Star-Advertiser, Island Voices, Oct. 11). The initiative has been a godsend for the unhoused and a relief for many areas of Oahu. A long-overdue solution to a vexing problem.
