Russia frees retired U.S. schoolteacher Stephen Hubbard

ST PETERSBURG, Russia >> Russia freed Stephen Hubbard, a 74-year-old retired U.S. schoolteacher in its custody since 2022, from prison today and took him to St Petersburg’s Pulkovo airport to fly back to the United States.
