Aging gracefully

I recently taught a two-day class for the Court of Master Sommeliers at Mid-Pacific Country Club, which has hosted the class for 15 consecutive years. Everything ran smoothly and on time (a miracle when you hand microphones to three master sommeliers), and all 27 candidates passed — a first for the three of us. Returning
