Letter: Something rotten in the state of Zippy’s Waipahu

After reading the article regarding the “informal” meeting by five Honolulu City Council members at Zippy’s in Waipahu, I had to laugh at Tyler Dos Santos-Tam’s response. I quote, “However, it was entirely unplanned” (“Tyler Dos Santos-Tam is named as next provisional chair,” Star-Advertiser, Nov. 6).
