The National Weather Service In Honolulu has issued a flood advisory for the island of Oahu until 11:15 p.m.
At 8:12 p.m. rain gages at over South Central Oahu showed locally heavy rain falling at a rate of over one inch per hour near Pearl City.
Other locations in the advisory include but are not limited to Honolulu, Aiea, Halawa, Salt Lake, Kalihi, Ala Moana Beach Park, Waikiki. Manoa, Kaimuki, Palolo and Waialae.
