An OCCC inmate is dead and another inmate has been arrested on suspicion of murder.
A department of public safety spokeswoman says there was a fight between two cellmates Saturday afternoon.
An inmate was taken to the hospital and died around 5 p.m.
Officials haven’t released his name or age yet but they say he was in for robbery.
Meanwhile police have confirmed that 32 year old Joseph Tui is the suspect and he was arrested on suspicion of murder.
Tui was at OCCC for assault.
He’s now being held at HPD’s main cell block and has not been charged yet for murder.
