Attorney Daisy Hartsfield to fill Waipahu House seat

Daisy Hartsfield — a graduate of Waipahu High School and the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii at Manoa — has been appointed by Gov. Josh Green to replace former state Rep. Rachele Lamosao for the House seat representing Waipahu.
