Campaign spending panel sends Sylvia Luke complaint to attorney general

The Hawaii Campaign Spending Commission voted unanimously to refer Hawaii Lt. Gov. Sylvia Luke and her campaign to the state Attorney General for potential criminal prosecution for 251 alleged violations of state campaign finance law.
