Chinese man accused of visa fraud was vacationing in Hawaii, attorney says

A 51-year-old Communist Party member from China who was arrested for alleged visa fraud July 1 was traveling to Hawaii to vacation with his family and had no intention of harming the U.S., his attorney said today.
