Column: Build delays add to housing shortage

Sometime in the mid-1990s my brothers, Dad and I piled into our red AeroStar van and headed to “town.” Everything south of the pineapple fields was “town” to us country bumpkins from Pupukea back then, but most folks would recognize where we were headed as Waikele.
