Hawaii is at a turning point in behavioral health. Despite the strength and resilience of our communities, too many people still lack access to care that is culturally relevant, affordable and grounded in a deep understanding of Hawaii’s history and values. The need is urgent — and so is the opportunity to grow a new generation of local providers who can serve our communities with skill, compassion and cultural competency.
