Column: Hawaii’s litigation against feds pays dividends

As attorney general, I am the chief legal officer and chief law enforcement officer of the state of Hawaii. Since Jan. 20, my department has sued the federal administration 28 times as part of a coalition of 23 attorney-general offices throughout the nation.
