Synopsis: It is legal to carry guns in Hawaiæi for self-defense, but it is illegal to carry them openly. Some places, however, are still off-limits, such as schools and hospitals. Is it really wise to arm the citizenry for purposes of defense? For some, concealed carry laws can be a bit offensive.
