Drug ring leader sentenced to more than 28 years

A 65-year-old man from Whittier, Calif., will spend more than 28 years in federal prison for his managerial role in a drug trafficking conspiracy that marketed methamphetamine, fentanyl and carfentanil on Oahu, Kauai, Maui, Hawaii island and the mainland.
