Editorial: Bolster effort to boost home supply

The Honolulu City Council grapples with many brass-tacks problems Oahu residents face, but very few that are more consequential than the availability and cost of housing. This means that, despite shortcomings in a measure aimed at closing some gaps, it’s right that Bill 18 has moved forward to be improved and, ultimately, to be passed into law.
