Settling in with Medicare is always among the most consequential and even vexing paths that seniors must follow upon reaching age 65. Now changes in federal laws have caused a mammoth upheaval in the “Medicare Advantage” plans that many Hawaii residents now must choose or, after a number of years growing used to things, rethink entirely.
