Editorial: Stay steadfast on fossil fuels lawsuit

One day before Gov. Josh Green’s administration filed its lawsuit last May against fossil fuel companies for lying to and misleading the public about carbon pollution and climate change, the federal administration made an unusual pre-emptive strike — suing Hawaii by stating that the U.S. Clean Air Act reserves claims against energy companies to federal offices.
