Editorial: Update Clean Water fund, add data office

To Oahu voters now opening their mail-in ballots for the Nov. 3 general election: Don’t be intimidated by the 20 proposed amendments to the Honolulu City Charter. Remember that every vote counts. A Charter amendment passes if a majority of those voting on that specific question says “yes” over those saying “no.”
