Emergency personnel work to rescue 12 people on Windward Oahu

The Honolulu Police Department, Honolulu Fire Department, and Honolulu Emergency Services Department are working to rescue 12 people from four homes in the Waikāne and Waiāhole Valley areas “due to rising water levels,” according to an HPD news release.
