An Ewa Beach woman is dead after the motorcycle she was riding on collided with a Handi-Van Friday night.
The crash happened around 10:45 p.m. on the H-1 Freeway westbound, near the Managers Drive Overpass.
Police say the Handi-Van changed lanes into the path of the motorcycle. The motorcycle then collided with the rear of the Handi-Van.
The woman, who was a passenger on the motorcycle, and the driver, a man in his 40s, were both ejected from the motorcycle, police say.
The woman, who was is described as being in her 50s, died at the scene.
The driver of the motorcycle was treated for minor injuries.
Alcohol, speed, and drugs to not appear to be factors in the crash.
