Gov. Green warns of threats to programs, calls for return of Makua Valley

Gov. Josh Green warned Tuesday that federal actions pose a “very significant threat” to Native Hawaiian programs and called for the return of Makua Valley as Native Hawaiian leaders and community members gathered for the opening of the Native Hawaiian Convention.
