Hawaii County Council panel rejects Waikoloa housing project

The Hawaii County Council’s Committee on Legislative Approvals and Acquisitions has voted 5-3 against forwarding a favorable recommendation to the full Council regarding zoning changes requested for the proposed Waikoloa Green housing project.
