Hawaii island woman to plead not guilty in Kona coffee case

A 66-year-old Kona woman will plead not guilty Wednesday to charges outlined in a superseding indictment that accuses her of falsifying tax filings while earning more than $5.2 million selling “100% Kona coffee” that was sourced from foreign countries and bought in California and Washington.
