Hawaii Supreme Court orders special election for House District 43

The state must hold another Republican primary for the House seat representing Kapolei and Makakilo after the Hawaii Supreme Court ruled Friday that pulling a name out of a plastic egg to decide an election didn’t do the voters justice.
