Hawaii Supreme Court rules Tommy Waters ineligible for 3rd Council term

The Hawaii Supreme Court today ruled Honolulu City Council Chair Tommy Waters is ineligible to seek a third consecutive term on the Council, resolving legal cases challenging the outcome of the Aug. 8 primary election for the East Honolulu seat.
