Hawaii’s Most Wanted: Donald Santiago

On this edition of Hawaii’s Most Wanted we feature a man who’s wanted on a warrant in connection with a 28 year old case on the Big Island.

Honolulu police are looking for Donald Santiago.

"On December 6, 1983 he picked up several teenagers and gave them a ride to Kona, while on the ride he supplied them with drugs and alcohol," said Sgt. Kim Buffett of CrimeStoppers. "On the way back he dropped off the teenagers, all but one female. He drove to a secluded cane road where he sexually assaulted her and held her against her will with a weapon. He was later identifed and arrested on sex assault in the first degree."

He’s now wanted on a no bail parole retake warrant for violating the terms of his probation.

Donald Santiago is 73-years-old, 5’3", 138 pounds.

He has a glass left eye.

"And he’s known to frequent the Waianae Boat Harbor and Waianae areas," Buffett said.

If you know where Donald Santiago is, call Crimestoppers at 955-8300.
