Hilo woman faces 20 felony charges after rental car break-in

A 28-year-old Hilo woman facing 20 felony charges in connection with a rental car break-in July 21 near the Onomea Bay Trail north of Hilo is free while awaiting a preliminary hearing on Aug. 11.
