Honolulu City Council allows Ala Moana Center tower project to proceed

The Honolulu City Council on Wednesday unanimously approved a conceptual plan for a proposed 400-foot luxury hotel tower, a 200-foot residential tower and 69 affordable rental units at Ala Moana Center.
