Honolulu joins counties to urge BLNR to ban aquarium fishing

The Honolulu City Council is urging the state Department of Land and Natural Resources to ban aquarium fishing and the Legislature to ban the trade statewide, following in the footsteps of Maui, Kauai and Hawaii counties.
