HPD uses drone to help capture man suspected in teen’s shooting

A Honolulu Police Department drone was used to help capture a 21-year-old man suspected in the shooting late Saturday night of a 14-year-old boy, who told police he was playing Frisbee with neighborhood kids at a public housing complex in Kalihi Valley.
