ICE: Lahaina fire survivor had been deported 4 times

The Aug. 9 arrest of a man from Mexico whose home and business were destroyed in the fatal Lahaina wildfires came after he “entered the U.S illegally four times,” according to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
