Judge bars prosecutors from using Diddy’s jail notes in case

NEW YORK >> A judge on Tuesday ordered prosecutors to destroy their copies of handwritten notes that Sean “Diddy” Combs took in jail, pending a decision on whether they can be used in preparation for the rapper and producer’s sex trafficking trial.
