Judge grants Tesla driver’s motion for mental exam in road-rage case

Oahu Circuit Judge Clarissa Malinao on Tuesday granted Nathaniel Radimak’s motion for a mental health examination to determine criminal responsibility for crimes he was charged with in a May 7 road-rage attack on an 18-year-old woman and her mother, 35, in Kakaako.
