Gavin Ho hit a game-tying, two-run double to ignite a six-run rally in the sixth and final scheduled inning to lift Kapaa to a 7-3 victory over Chandler (Ariz.) on Sunday’s opening day of the Little League Major (ages 9-12) West Regional in San Bernardino, Calif.
