Kennedy Center board votes to close after judge blocks Trump name

WASHINGTON >> The board of the John F. Kennedy Memorial Center for the Performing Arts voted today to shut down the center for repairs, a source familiar with the matter said, shortly after a federal judge blocked the center from adding President Donald Trump’s name to the building facade for a second time.
