Kokua Line: Is return address for juror questionnaire legit?

Question: I recently received a Jury Duty Questionnaire, with a return envelope to be sent to Sims Hawaii Enterprises, 846 S. Hotel St., Suite 308, in Honolulu. It looks legitimate, but is it? I understand that there are some scams going on around jury service. Who is Sims Hawaii Enterprises? I cannot find much information on them online; they appear to be some sort of data collection service.
