Kokua Line: Is there time limit at airport’s EV chargers?

Question: Regarding the 20 new electric charging stations installed at the Honolulu airport (808ne.ws/4ghbiM0), what happens once the EV is fully charged but remains plugged into the charger (as would occur when a traveler has parked their car and left the island for more than a day or two)? Would the owner continue to pay the charging rate? Or would the charging rate cease once the EV is fully charged?
