Kokua Line: Was bomb threat made before Capitol protest?

Question: I haven’t heard or seen anything in the news if they have found who called in the bomb threat before the “No Kings” rally on March 28. It sure created a lot of confusion and tons of traffic for those trying to attend. Aren’t they now able to trace phone calls to determine who made it?
