Kokua Line: What’s up with parking at Circuit Court?

Question: I am a concerned citizen and noticed that the First Circuit Public Parking has a new pay system. The machine does not take coins. I use to pay with coins to the person in the booth but now this machine does not take any coins. I parked there Monday and my parking came out to $1.50. I had to pay $2 in cash and lost out 50 cents to the machine because it doesn’t give back change. This is a scam. The State of Hawaii should not be scamming us citizens. We already paying higher prices for everything else. Can you please investigate on this matter?
