Kokua Line: What other dams were risky during Kona lows?

Question: Regarding Hawaii’s aging flood-prevention infrastructure, there was a lot of news about Wahiawa Dam during the storms but what about the rest of it? We didn’t hear much, although I was getting so many weather- related alerts just about Oahu that I may have lost track.
