Kokua Line: Why is Preschool Open Doors application delayed?

Question: Are there any updates regarding when Preschool Open Doors funding applications will be released? I am currently a recipient of the program, and I am very concerned about whether I will be able to financially afford to keep my son enrolled in preschool without continued assistance. He has one more year of preschool remaining. I noticed that the Preschool Open Doors website originally stated that applications would be available “ending April,” but it has since been updated to say “spring.” Any information or updates you can provide would be greatly appreciated, as I am becoming increasingly worried about our situation.
