Kokua Line: Will state mail deed when I pay off home?

Question: We paid off our home mortgage in June of 2022 and have yet to receive the title to the home from the Bureau of Conveyances. I have tried to contact that agency but am unable to navigate the labyrinth of the phone tree and computer obstacles there. How long should it take to receive a home title?
