Letter: A chief justice must be above reproach

I wish to express my disappointment in the Hawaii Supreme Court chief justice candidate, Judge Vladimir Devens. His reluctance to express his affiliation with the carpenters’ union, after serving on the board of Pacific Resource Partnership super PAC Be Change Now, is very disappointing and I feel he is hiding things.
