Letter: Accused rock-hurler can only beg for forgiveness

Attorney Myles Breiner loses any credibility by claiming that Igor Mykhaylovych Lytvynchuk had no intention of harming the monk seal. We all saw the video: the rock was huge, luckily it just missed the seal by inches. No judge, jury and the state of Hawaii would believe any excuse that they can come up with or what they claim is perceived to be. Everyone wants him to pay for what he did.
