Letter: All schools need blanket cellphone ban to thrive

Unsurprisingly, the bill to ban cellphone use in public schools failed to make the cut. This has been a major problem at every school I have subbed in, but one that the state does not want to confront. When teens run their high or middle schools, the state is in trouble. Big trouble.
